Packages are prepaid and are intended to encourage consistency and continued progress. Sessions may be used for either biblical counseling or Christian life coaching, depending on the client's needs and the agreed-upon plan. Package purchases do not guarantee a particular outcome. Cancellation, rescheduling, expiration, and refund terms are governed by New Creation's Fees, Scheduling, and Cancellation Agreement.
We believe in transparent fees and faithful stewardship, and we will never use spiritual pressure to sell coaching.

Packages offer a modest reduction in per-session cost. The greater value, however, is in the depth and continuity of the work itself.
Important: Packages provide structure and opportunity — they do not guarantee specific outcomes. Growth depends on your engagement, honesty, and the work you bring to each session. Results vary by individual.
Policies & Important Information
Payment
Payment is due at the time of booking or purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout. Packages are paid in full upfront.
Session Expiration
Starter Package sessions expire 90 days from purchase. Growth Package sessions expire 180 days from purchase. Expired sessions are forfeited without refund.
Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be counted as a used session at David's discretion.
Refunds
Individual sessions are non-refundable once completed. Unused package sessions may be refunded on a prorated basis within 30 days of purchase. Contact us to discuss.
Scope of Services
David Hawkins is an ordained minister and certified life coach — not a licensed mental health therapist. These services are not a substitute for professional mental health treatment or medical care.
Referrals
If your needs exceed the scope of coaching or biblical counseling, David will discuss a referral to a licensed mental health professional or other appropriate resource.
Crisis Resources
If you or someone you know is in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health crisis, please call 911 or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988). These services are not crisis intervention services.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is It Biblical to Charge for Coaching?
We never charge for the gospel. Salvation is the free gift of God through Jesus Christ. At the same time, Scripture teaches that faithful labor may be fairly compensated: "the laborer deserves his wages" (Luke 10:7; 1 Timothy 5:18).
New Creation coaching involves preparation, careful listening, biblical guidance, accountability, and practical help. Charging for that professional service is not the same as selling spiritual truth. Our goal is to serve people faithfully, maintain clear and honest fees, and never allow money to become more important than ministry.
The gospel is free. Faithful labor may still be compensated.
Church Referral & Ministry Partner Discounts
New Creation values partnerships with local churches and ministry leaders. Approved church referrals may qualify for reduced pricing on biblical counseling or Christian life coaching services.
Private discount levels may include:
- 25% Ministry Partner / Pastor Referral
For churches with a close ministry partnership with New Creation or for individuals they are directly helping.
- 15% Church Referral
For individuals referred to New Creation by a participating church or ministry leader.
- 10% General Church Support
For broader church-affiliated referrals or introductory assistance.
These discounts are intended to help churches connect individuals and families with biblically grounded care while making services more accessible when appropriate.
Discount codes are provided privately to participating churches, ministry leaders, or approved clients and are not available for general public distribution.

Ministry Opportunities
Beyond individual coaching, New Creation is developing free community ministry offerings rooted in Scripture and centered on Christ.
New Creation Bible Study Night
A free community Bible study focused on identity in Christ, spiritual growth, prayer, restoration, discipleship, and faithful living. Future studies may also address addiction, recovery, destructive patterns, and biblical change — drawing from the themes of New Creation in Christ and the New Creation Ministry Project.
Topics may include walking in newness of life, fighting destructive patterns, returning after spiritual drift, growing through grace, developing a stronger prayer life, and learning to live faithfully as a new creation in Christ. This study will be designed for individuals seeking biblical encouragement, practical discipleship, and a welcoming place to grow in their understanding of Scripture.
Bible Study Night will provide biblical teaching, group discussion, prayer, and encouragement. It will not replace individual biblical counseling, Christian life coaching, emergency services, medical care, or licensed mental-health treatment.
